Piri Piri Spice

This blend is made with real piri piri, a variety of bird’s eye chilli pepper harvested in Angola. The portugueses first made it popular. Nowadays, no portuguese chicken without piri piri, a very hot chilli pepper in mouth but that gives an incomparable flavor to the grilled chicken.
