Here is a sweet-smoky blend reminding of the flavors of the southern states. Of course, it is mainly aimed to the barbecue cooking fanciers. You can use it on a fish as well as on any kind of meat. In other words, an all-purpose blend when comes the time to cook outside. But there is nothing preventing you to use it for the skillet or the oven cooking, on the contrary.
