Coffee Rub

A blend combining espresso coffee and spices that may look surprising, but the results, believe us, are quite savoury. We recommand it on grilled meat, which will be pleasantly flavored without the coffee taste taking too much place. It will also prove very efficient during the oven or skillet cooking.
