Beef Rub


It suits any kind of beef cuts but specially with those requiring slow cooking. This bursting of flavor blend can also be used as a rub. The thing is to coat the piece of meat with some tablespoons of this seasoning (2 or 3), to let stand in the fridge for 2 or 3 hours, and then you cook the way you wish. The perfect blend for all the family !


  • Onion, salt, paprika, garlic sugar, thyme, parsley, rosemary, green bell pepper, mustard, cumin, Cayenne pepper, sunflower oil, laurel bays.
