Tex Mex Rub


A rub that bears his name: Texan scented with a spicy note suitable for barbecue cooking. Very versatile, it can also be used to season a roast pork or to spice up a baked chicken: just slip some of the mixture under the skin of the poultry, a little bit in the cavity, and you’re done.
