Founded in 2004, Épices Crousset is first and foremost a family business headed by Jacques Crousset (father) and Guillaume Crousset (son). Located in Quebec, in the magnificent Eastern Townships region, the company specializes in spice blends. We have made it our trademark, and this is what has contributed to our reputation. We offer more than 150 different blends inspired by the world’s terroir, and more.

We make a point of sourcing most of our spices directly from the four corners of the globe: India, a must, for its wide variety of products, Vietnam for its pepper, Mexico and Latin America for its chilies and green cardamom, and Spain for its paprika.

With its expertise in quality seasonings and spices, Crousset Spices has become, over the course of its 18 years of existence, an undisputed leader in Canada in both the food service and industrial food sectors. We are also present in the white label market as well as with brewers and distillers.

Serving our customers well starts with understanding their needs and tastes. It also means offering them a wide range of services, such as custom blends, white labeling and packaging advice, all of which meet the highest industry standards thanks to our Quality/Control and Research & Development departments.

Our brand new state-of-the-art facilities allow us to approach new customers, mainly in Europe. The entire production room is fully mechanized and linked to a real time inventory system, all soon to be HACCP certified, one of the highest standards in the agri-food industry.
